Meanwhile back to Palestine στ

I remember Nigel telling me, while we were driving into a little town in Victoria(that I don't remember the name), four years ago , that I don't like David Bowie and that I just like the idea of him. Back then I went bananas, but I recently I realized that he was right. The following photos were a gift to this wise man of mine on his birthday. I took David for a dreamy ride around the city that Nigel and I have met. The ride represents the allure of David's music and the magic of love.

Like the leaf clings to the tree
Oh, my darling, cling to me
For we're like creatures of the wind, and wild is the wind
Wild is the wind

Gold In Them Hills

Sunday, 20 September 2015

I await you under the shadow of Astraka's golden bluff
Tales of Drakolimni told by sweeping clouds uninterrupted by distant bells of mountain goats announcing your arrival,

Follow the paths beaten by the Ancients amid the mirage of a maze,

A bed of wildflowers vast and lush I've prepared for you,

Lie with me there in silence perfect to drink the air filtered of the world below.
