Fruit Machine

Creating an indie-oriented kids program, is one of the most brilliant ideas has come across a man's mind. Secondly, creating a show that gets kids as far away as possible from the whole Disney Manufactured music of The Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, and the rest of that lot, it's again one of the most brilliant ideas has come across a man's mind!! In the case of 'Yo Gabba Gabba' these minds are Cristian Jacobs and Scott Schultz members of the band The Aquabats. Flitting through some sites a year ago i came across this video of a boy named Nathaniel, whose unique dancing abilities have made him a running Joke on the Soup Show:

I liked the name of the show. 'Yo Gabba Gabba' it's really catchy name for a show, so i dug it a bit more. I found out that the show often features indie bands performing kid-friendly original songs and i was thrilled to found out that had already been on the show the Shins. Yes, you heard me the Shins!! I started watching the show. Yo Gabba Gabba is a great show. I wish it had been around when I was a kid. Barney is soooo yesterday news. 'Yo Gabba Gabba' rules now.
Here is you can listen "It's Okay, Try Again'', the song The Shins performed at the show

Chromeo's recently jumped down into that magical stereo. (awesomeness) In their two-minutes performance they tried to teach children to wash their hands!!(LOL)

The wholeGUEST list here will surprise you!
Apart from the indie bands performances i really love some other regular segments of the show like Biz's Beat of the Day, starring Biz Markie , demonstrating newbeatboxing beats every episode. Biz is freaking cute! Love him!

Dancey Dance Time, featuring celebrity guests performing dance moves with the characters it hilarious aswell. Haven't you seen Elijah Wood? Have you ever imagined Frodo dancing in Numa Numa Style. It's not stupid, it's funny you haters outhere! (HAHA)

The Gabba gang discovered how to use the imaginations, cheered us up , and help the children learn about different good stuff. That's what we put into practice last lesson with my kiddos at school. Creativity and imagination made the learning way easier and more fun!

Photos from our last lesson taken by me ^_^
